1. Supply Chain
Amazon is boosting their Supply Chain capabilities by simplifying and reducing costs (25% with no seasonality) for sellers leveraging AWD and Amazon transportation. Sellers with inventory distributed across FCs that display same-day or next-day delivery often see a 20% increase in sales.
2. Amazon Positions itself to Assist Across all Marketplaces including D2C
Amazon's BWP and multi-channel fulfillment capabilities continue to evolve, enabling sellers to use Amazon's network to fulfill orders across any platform a brand's items are sold and advertised. Integration with Google Shopping Ads and Paypal will raise the bar further.
3. Generative AI is the Future
From listing creation, customer journey analytics to AI videos the push is on to use AI to capture more sales for sellers. Over 400,000 are currently using or testing AI.
4. Putting Brand Owners in Control
Amazon recognizes the importance for Brand Owners to control contributions and there's a lot more work to come. Including brand focused A+ content, more counterfeit controls, expansion of transparency.
5. Think Globally
Selling globally is tough, and Amazon wants to help sellers. With easier importing and shipping tools the Global market of $632 Billion is a huge opportunity for most sellers.
